- Lease negotiations and site acquisition: We have acted for commercial clients in all aspects, including finding development sites, feasibility studies, negotiating with landlords, and designing and supervising refurbishments and extensions
- Schedules of dilapidation: We will carry out Schedules of Dilapidations on all forms of building and will act for either Landlord or Tenant in the negotiations
- Schedules of condition: If you're taking on a lease of a building, it is prudent to obtain a schedule of condition which can be attached to the lease to limit your liabilities. These are also used where building work or piling is carried out in close proximity to a building
- Project management: We have considerable experience in the design and project management of new build and refurbishment of warehouses, schools, shops and offices. We offer a full design and management package, which can include site finding
